Q2 Metals’ flagship Cisco Lithium Project is located in the southern part of James Bay in mining friendly Quebec, Canada. The Company expects to publish its inaugural mineral resource estimate in March 2026, based on drilling completed up to December 2025. Four drill rigs are currently operating, with a goal of upgrading Inferred resources to Indicated in advance of a PEA targeted for late Q3. In December, we announced the best hard rock lithium hole ever drilled at 457.4 metres grading 1.65% Li20. The Company has ~$17 million cash on hand.

Cisco Project Overview
• A 2025 Exploration Target (“ET”) estimates Cisco’s current potential scale and grade between 215 - 329 million tonnes at 1.0% to 1.38% Li2O, which would position Cisco well within the top 10 of its kind, globally.
• The ET is largely based on such extremely wide pegmatite intercepts as:
o CS-24-023: 188.6 m at 1.56% Li2O, including 26.0 m at 2.03% Li2O,
o CS-24-021: 347.1 metres (“m”) at 1.35% Li2O; and
o CS25-027: 179.6 m at 1.66% Li2O, including 58m at 1.75% Li2O; and 91.8 m at 1.81% Li2O.
• The Exploration Target is constrained to the Mineralized Zone, representing just a small fraction of the underexplored 41,000 hectare project area.
• Initial mineralogical work indicates spodumene is the primary lithium-bearing mineral within all pegmatite samples, and is free of deleterious materials (petalite, lepidolite, amblygonite or lithium-phosphate minerals). Results from more advanced metallurgical test work are pending and expected to demonstrate Cisco’s suitability for cost-effective DMS processing.
• The main mineralized zone remains open at depth and in all directions

Infrastructure & Government / Community Relations
• The known mineralized zone at Cisco is just 6.5 km from the Billy Diamond Highway, which leads to the railhead in the Town of Matagami, an historic mining town approximately 150 km to the south.
• In 2025, the Quebec government provided $6 million for transshipment upgrades in Matagami, supplemented by an additional $3 million from Rio Tinto and Nemaska Lithium.
• Cisco is within the greater Nemaska Community lands of the Eeyou Istchee James Bay region with whom the Company has established a good working relationship with broad support for advancement of the project
• The Quebec provincial government is highly supportive, including as a direct equity investor via its established exploration funds.

What do you think makes your company such a compelling investment?

Cisco is becoming well-recognized as the world's premier hard rock lithium exploration project. Based on the tonnage and grade estimates described in the Exploration Target, Cisco is expected to be well within the top five, globally. The mineralization is at or near surface, with exceptional access infrastructure being under 10 km from an all season highway leading to rail facilities just 150km south. Quebec is a top global mining jurisdiction with a highly supportive government and the Company enjoys a good working relationship with local communities and First Nations. Q2 is well-capitalized with $17 million cash on hand and a further $4+ million in (4x) in the money warrants expiring in July/August.
